Meet Mike Rodgers
I work at the intersection of business strategy and AI engineering.
I’m interested in the distance between a promising idea and something a team can actually use. That means understanding the business, making the tradeoffs explicit and staying close to the build.
Rodgers Intelligence brings that work together: services for business owners, hands-on roles with teams, and reusable tools for builders.

How I approach the work
A useful system needs a clear purpose, an owner and a way to tell when it is wrong. Those are design decisions from the beginning.
